(RTTNews) - Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. (WMS) said, for fiscal 2020, the company will continue to deliver on its three-year plan to increase shareholder value by capitalizing its strength in end markets to drive growth. For fiscal 2020, net sales are expected to be in the range of $1.425 billion to $1.475 billion and adjusted EBITDA to be in the range of $245 to $265 million. Analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expect the company to report revenue of $1.45 billion.

For the fourth-quarter, profit per share was $0.01 compared to a loss of $0.11, prior year. Net sales increased 8.8% to $272.2 million, as compared to $250.1 million in the prior year. Adjusted EBITDA increased 36.5% to $36.9 million, as compared to $27.0 million in the prior year quarter.
