Actions Semiconductor Q3 Loss Widens - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Actions Semiconductor (ACTS) Monday said net loss attributable to shareholders for the third quarter of 2015 was $12.6 million or $0.217 per American Depositary Share or ADS, compared to net loss of $9.2 million or $0.137 per ADS, for the third quarter of 2014.

Revenue slid to $13.0 million from $13.1 million in the previous year.

Based on current market trends, the company expects revenue in the fourth quarter of 2015 to be in the range of $11.0 to $12.0 million.

The company expects challenging conditions in the worldwide semiconductor industry to limit its ability to increase revenue for the next several quarters, and now expects full year revenue for 2015 to be slightly below that of 2014.
