Achieve Life Sciences Appoints Mark Oki As New CFO

(RTTNews) - Pharmaceutical company Achieve Life Sciences, Inc. (ACHV) announced Monday that Mark Oki has joined the company as its Chief Financial Officer, effective December 5, 2024.

Oki will oversee the company's financial strategy and operations, including accounting, investor relations, information technology, legal and other key administrative functions, ensuring effective planning and execution to support organizational objectives.

Oki has spent over twenty-five years in financial leadership positions in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries across numerous development and commercial-stage companies.

Most recently, Oki served as Chief Financial Officer of Aytu BioPharma. He has also served as CFO of Vivus LLC and held several positions of increasing responsibility, including CFO at Alexza Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Oki began his career in public accounting at Deloitte & Touche, LLP.
