Accenture Completes Acquisition of Pecaso, a Leading Information Technology Firm for SAP Human Capital Management

The acquisition is also expected to enhance Accenture's alliancewith SAP. Accenture has won five SAP Pinnacle awards, more than anyother SAP partner.

Pecaso founders Martin Braun and Thomas Kastner have joinedAccenture's Human Performance practice, along with all key members ofPecaso's leadership team and their approximately 300 human resourcesand information technology experts in seven countries. With theacquisition, Accenture now employs more than 5,000 human capitalprofessionals worldwide. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
