After the market closed on October 19, 2017, Axon Enterprise, Inc. announced the SEC issued a comment letter relating to its review of Axon's Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2016 and Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2017.

This news drove the price of Axon shares down as much as $1.58, or about 6.4%, during intraday trading on October 20, 2017.
