    This seven-week promotion begins February 7, 2005 and continues through March 27, 2005 at participating SUBWAY(R) Restaurant locations in the United States and Canada, while supplies last.
    During the past 20 years - from three feature-length movies, comic books, video games, TV appearances and the toy shelf - millions of youngsters have enjoyed following the daring adventures of Michelangelo(TM), Leonardo(TM), Raphael(TM) and Donatello(TM) - fun action heroes with teenage verve, confidence and optimism.
    This promotion features a TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES action toy premium with the purchase of SUBWAY(R) Restaurant's popular Kids' Pak(R) meals. Each action-oriented Turtles character reflects the SUBWAY(R) chain's dedication to help children "Eat Fresh. Have Fun. Get Fit(TM)" by encouraging kids to stay active with their favorite playtime characters:

-- Donatello's Kickin' Ninja Kite - Harness the wind and watch this purple bandanna-clad hero fly high!

-- Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Dual Disc Launcher - Twin flying, spinning discs that piggyback onto each other before launch.

-- Mikey's Shell Squirter - It looks like Michelangelo's hard green shell, but surprise - just add a water supply and push the plunger!
