The Sub-Fund is a feeder UCITS and will seek to achieve its objective by investing at least 85% of its net assets in unit classes of the Fidelity Global Aggregate Bond Fund (the “Master Fund”), being a subfund of Fidelity Common Contractual Fund II, a common contractual fund constituted as an umbrella fund and authorised in Ireland by the Central Bank pursuant to the UCITS Regulations. The investment manager of the Master Fund is the same as the Investment Manager of the Sub-Fund.
