The investment policy of this Fund is to purchase fixed or floating rate investment grade (rated, at time of purchase, BBB- to AAA by S&P or Fitch or Baa3 to Aaa by Moody's) instruments including bonds, debt securities and other instruments issued or guaranteed by governmental, quasi-governmental, governmental agency and instrumentality, supranational agency and corporate issuers predominately in developed countries such as, without limitation, commercial paper, bank obligations, repurchase agreements, corporate and government debt obligations and obligations of other issuers having investment grade ratings.
