Post Holdings To Commence $240. Mln Stock Offering

(RTTNews) - Post Holdings Inc (POST) on Monday said it plans to commence an underwritten public offering of $240 million of its common stock. The company expects to grant the underwriters for the common stock offering a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the number of shares of common stock issued.

The company intends to use the net proceeds from the proposed offering, together with cash on hand and up to about $700 million of new term loan borrowings, to fund the cash portion of the previously announced acquisition of MOM Brands Co and to pay related costs, fees and expense.
