Mylan N.V. Reveals 1% Fall In Q3 Earnings

(RTTNews) - Mylan N.V. (MYL) revealed a profit for third quarter that declined from last year.

The company said its bottom line dropped to $726.4 million, or $1.38 per share. This was down from $733.8 million, or $1.43 per share, in last year's third quarter.

Analysts had expected the company to earn $1.46 per share, according figures compiled by Thomson Reuters. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

The company said revenue for the quarter rose 13.3% to $3.06 billion. This was up from $2.70 billion last year.
