Kite Pharma Reports Review Of NCI Facilities By National Institutes Of Health

(RTTNews) - Kite Pharma Inc. (KITE) announced the cell therapy manufacturing facilities at the National Cancer Institute, or NCI, are undergoing a voluntary internal review by the National Institutes of Health in connection with its review of all NCI facilities involving sterile material.

Kite Pharma said the review is not related to KTE-C19 or Kite's manufacturing capabilities. The company said it remains on track to file an IND with the FDA by the end of the current year for a TCR-based product candidate targeting a MAGE antigen for the treatment of certain solid tumors.
