Munich, February 22, 2016

Today, the management board (Vorstand) and the supervisory board (Aufsichtsrat) of Matica Technologies AG has resolved to terminate the inclusion of the Company's securities in the Entry Standard of the Deutsche Börse AG, pursuant section 23 para. 1 of the General Terms and Conditions of the Deutsche Börse AG for the regulated Unofficial Market of the Frankfurter Wertpapierbörse. The termination itself will follow shortly.

Until the expiry of the notice period the listing will be maintained and a trade is possible.
