Black Box Corp. Q3 Income Declines 15%

(RTTNews) - Black Box Corp. (BBOX) released a profit for third quarter that fell from last year.

The company said its profit declined to $5.7 million, or $0.37 per share. This was lower than $6.7 million, or $0.44 per share, in last year's third quarter.

Analysts had expected the company to earn $0.36 per share, according figures compiled by Thomson Reuters. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

The company said revenue for the quarter fell 12.2% to $222.5 million. This was down from $253.3 million last year.
