London, 31 July 2014 -- The outlook for Hungary's (Ba1 negative) banking system remains negative, unchanged since 2009, and reflects continued credit risks for the banks stemming from the negative pressure on their asset quality, profitability and capitalisation, says Moody Investors Service in a new report published today. Furthermore, the banks remain significantly exposed to wholesale and foreign-currency (FX) funding.
