Toronto, April 01, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service announced today that the amendment made to increase the program limit under the NL LP Series 2015-A Note Purchase Agreement on 31 March 2016 will not, in and of itself and at this time, result in a downgrade or withdrawal of the rating assigned to the Series 2015-A Class B note.
