New York, July 31, 2014 -- Moody's announced today that an amendment to the servicing agreements related to the below deals proposed by the servicer Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC would not, in and of itself and as of this time, result in the downgrade or withdrawal of the securities issued in the affected transactions below.
