New York, July 24, 2015 -- After analysis of the credit impact of a proposed amendment to the intercompany loan agreement related to Royal Bank of Canada's Global Covered Bond Programme (the Programme), Moody's Investors Service stated that the amendment, in and of itself and at this time, does not result in the downgrade or withdrawal of the ratings on the covered bonds issued under the Programme.
