New York, February 06, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service has determined that an assignment by Jefferies Finance, LLC of its rights and obligations as portfolio manager to JFIN CLO 2013 Ltd. (the "Issuer") dated as of February 6, 2015 to Apex Credit Partners LLC (the "Assignment and Assumption") and performance of the activities contemplated therewith will not in and of themselves and at this time cause the downgrade or withdrawal of the current Moody's rating assigned to the Class A Notes issued by the Issuer. Moody's does not express an opinion as to whether the Assignment and Assumption could have non-credit-related effects.
