New York, February 17, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service has determined that an increase in commitments of the Class A-T Loans (the "Commitment Increase") made to Fortress Credit Opportunities VII CLO Limited (the "Borrower") under an existing Credit Agreement dated as of October 14, 2015 will not in and of itself and at this time cause the Moody's rating of each Class of Loans to be lower than the Initial Rating and will not be lowered as a result of such increase of the Commitments. The Commitment Increase is made pursuant to an agreement for commitment increase entered into by the Borrower dated as of February 17, 2016 (the " Amendment") Moody's does not express an opinion as to whether the Commitment Increase could have non-credit related effects.
