Frankfurt am Main, February 23, 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service has confirmed the A2 ratings of the public sector covered bonds issued by Intesa Sanpaolo Spa (Intesa Sanpaolo, deposits Baa2 stable; bank financial strength rating D+ stable /adjusted baseline credit assessment baa3). This rating action concludes the review of the above ratings, initiated on 21 January 2015.
