London, 18 December 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service has today changed to negative from stable the outlook on the Ba3 long-term deposit ratings, and B2(hyb) subordinated debt rating of Khanty-Mansiysk bank Otkritie PJSC. Concurrently, Moody's affirmed the bank's deposit ratings, subordinated debt rating, short-term not-prime ratings, and its standalone bank financial strength rating (BFSR) of E+/stable, corresponding to a standalone baseline credit assessment (BCA) of b1.
