New York, August 02, 2013 -- Moody's Investors Service has downgraded to Ba1 from A2 the rating on Floyd County, KY's GO bonds, affecting $3.2 million in outstanding debt related to its Series 2010 General Obligation Bonds. The county has an additional $11.9 million in outstanding debt that is not rated by Moody's, but is included in our analysis.
