London, 17 December 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service has today changed to negative from stable the outlook on the Ba3 long-term debt and deposit ratings of Bank Otkritie Financial Corporation PJSC. Concurrently, Moody's affirmed -- with negative outlook -- the bank's debt and deposit ratings and its standalone bank financial strength rating (BFSR) of D-, corresponding to a standalone baseline credit assessment (BCA) of ba3. Moody's also affirmed the bank's B1 foreign-currency subordinated debt rating and Not-Prime short-term deposit ratings.
