London, 19 May 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service has today corrected its database to reflect that the senior debt of the Agency for Housing Mortgage Lending ("AHML") that benefits from an explicit and irrevocable guarantee issued by the government of the Russian Federation is senior unsecured. The bonds were previously misclassified as senior secured due to an internal administrative error. The ratings of these bonds are not affected by this correction.
