USG People N.V. sets dividend for the 2014 financial year

Almere, 8 May 2015 - The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of USG People N.V. held on 7 May 2015 approved the proposal to pay a (final) dividend for the 2014 financial year of € 0.16 per ordinary share with a nominal value of € 0.50.

The dividend will be paid out entirely in cash, after deduction of 15% dividend tax, and will be made payable as of 2 June 2015.

The calendar of dates relating to the 2014 dividend is as follows:

11 May 2015                 Ex-dividend quotation
12 May 2015                 Record date
as of 2 June 2015         Payment of cash dividend

Holders of ordinary shares will receive the dividend through their bank or broker in whose custody the shares are held on 12 May 2015 at the close of business. The dividend will be made payable through ABN AMRO Bank N.V.

In agreement with and with approval of USG People N.V., ABN AMRO Bank N.V. is offering a dividend reinvestment plan (DRIP) to holders of ordinary shares with a nominal value of € 0.50 each, who are holding their shares through Euroclear Nederland, whereby those shareholders have the opportunity to reinvest their net dividend in ordinary shares USG People.
