Thomson Reuters Files Annual Report on Form 20-F

NEW YORK, April 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Thomson Reuters (NYSE: TRI; TSX: TRI; LSE: TRIL: Nasdaq: TRIN), the world's leading source of intelligent information for businesses and professionals in the financial, legal, tax and accounting, scientific, healthcare, and media markets, today filed an annual report on Form 20-F for the year ended December 31, 2007 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The Form 20-F was also filed today by Thomson Reuters with the Canadian securities regulatory authorities.

Prior to today's closing of The Thomson Corporation's acquisition of Reuters Group PLC, Reuters did not file a Form 20-F for the year ended December 31, 2007. The Form 20-F filed today contains information that would have been filed by Reuters had the acquisition not been consummated, and it is supplemented with historical information regarding The Thomson Corporation as well as information regarding Thomson Reuters. On March 10, 2008, The Thomson Corporation filed its own annual report on Form 40-F for the year ended December 31, 2007.
