Sym-Tech Inc. Announces Acquisition of Shares in Rifco Inc.

TORONTO, Oct. 31, 2017 /CNW/ - Sym-Tech Inc. ("Sym-Tech") announced today that it has made an additional strategic investment in Rifco Inc. (TSX.V-RFC), acquiring an additional 433,400 shares in the company. Sym-Tech and its joint actors now beneficially own 3,230,300 common shares representing approximately 14.96% of the issued common shares of Rifco.

Sym-Tech, an Ontario corporation, is a Canadian F&I provider to the retail automotive industry, offering F&I products, industry-proven training and in-dealership development, as well as a proprietary software platform to automobile dealerships in Canada. Sym-Tech's head office is located at 35 West Pearce Street, Unit 14, Richmond Hill, Ontario, L4B 3A9.  Rifco's head office is located at Millenium Centre, Suite 702, 4909 49^th Street, Red Deer, Alberta, T4N 1V1. 

Sym-Tech will be filing a report (as required by National Instrument 62-103 and National Instrument 62-104) in connection with the acquisition of the Rifco common shares.

The common shares of Rifco Inc. are traded on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol "RFC". There are a total of 21.59 million shares outstanding.
