Publicis Groupe : Share Buyback Contract

Publicis Groupe (Paris:PUB) [EURONEXT Paris: FR0000130577, CAC 40] has amended today the share repurchase agreement initially announced on March 30, 2015.

The repurchase period, which was initially to end not later than July 31, 2015, was concluded by anticipation and a second repurchase period was opened and shall now end not later than June 30, 2015.

The new agreement covers, for the remaining duration of the repurchase period, a volume of 2,460,000 shares, being specified that 1,475,000 shares have already been acquired during the first repurchase period.

The price to be paid by the Company for each share shall still be determined on the basis of the arithmetic mean of the daily volume-weighted average prices during the repurchase period, and shall not exceed that amount.
