Under the liquidity contract with Kepler Capital Markets SA, the following means were attributable to the liquidity contract at June 30, 2014:

- 45,000 Publicis Groupe shares
- €13,759,425.18

It is reminded that at December 31, 2013, the following means appeared in the contract:

- 38,500 Publicis Groupe shares
- €13,793,760.93
