Onspring Enhances Communication and Data Management Features in Its Latest Release

Launching today, this latest release reflects the next evolution of customer-driven enhancements, helping businesses large and small stay more connected and better informed with a variety of features and enhancements. Using the new Email Messaging feature,administrators of Onspring can now set up and send dynamic and customizable emails to users based on information within a content record. "Our customers requested a way to quickly and clearly notify users of new assignments, changes to content records and tasks that require immediate attention," said Matt Pugh, VP of Products for Onspring. "With reusable email templates, Onspring provides this along with the flexibility to design custom email styles and formatting."     

Onspring users can now easily reference previous versions of record content to gain insights into data trends and to recover historical information. "Content across an organization can evolve at a lightning pace. We wanted to give our users the ability to easily search this historical information and view the rate and frequency of change," said Chad Kreimendahl, Chief Technology Officer for Onspring.
