The total number of shares in Elekta (STO:EKTAB) as of November 28, 2014, amounts to 382,828,765 divided between 14,250,000 A-shares and 368,578,765 B-shares.

The increase of 102 new B-shares is attributable to the conversion of shares within the framework of the 2012/17 convertible bond.

One A-share entitles the holder to ten votes and one B-share to one vote.
