Norske Skog: Invitation to press and investor briefing at Norske Skog Saugbrugs in Halden
In connection with the release of Norske Skog's second quarter results, we cordially invite press and investors for a briefing on our forward-looking development projects. Norske Skog Saugbrugs is one of the largest mill sites in the world for production of magazine paper. The annual production capacity is 500 000 tons.
In 2014, Saugbrugs introduced a new thermo-mechanical pulp (TMP) plant that reduced energy costs by almost 10%, making it the most energy efficient SC mill in the world. Saugbrugs also announced a pilot project for the production of microfibrillated cellulose (MFC) last year.
Saugbrugs is now ready to launch new projects. We invite you to join us at Saugbrugs for a presentation of the mill and its future. As part of the program, there will be a mill tour at one of the most modern paper production facilities in the world.
