Newcourt Subsidiary, Ely Property, Acquires BHE Limited

Newcourt Group plc (‘Newcourt’ or the ‘Group’)(LSE:NEW) (ISE:NEW), a leading, Irish based, support services group, today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Ely Property Group Limited (‘Ely’) has acquired the entire issued share capital of BHE Limited for an undisclosed sum. BHE is a promoter, developer and facilitator of student accommodation in the UK and has a significant pipeline of developments for delivery from 2009 onwards. The management of BHE will integrate into the existing Ely structure reporting to Ely CEO, Philip Marley.
