    Mindspeed Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ:MSPD), a leading supplier of semiconductor solutions for network infrastructure applications, and M5T Inc, a leading provider of customizable SIP and secure software solutions for real-time multimedia-over-IP communications, announced today the integration of M5T's Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) secure software into Mindspeed's Comcerto integrated voice-over-IP (VoIP) processors to create a complete system-on-chip voice processing solution with carrier-class quality, performance and secured real-time communications.
    M5T will be demonstrating its M5T SIP SAFE software on Mindspeed's Comcerto enterprise processor at CeBit 2005, Hall 13, Stand E58 at the Convention Center in Hanover, Germany, from March 10 through March 16.

When combined with M5T's secure software offering, Comcerto processors deliver all necessary embedded security capabilities for the SIP signaling and multimedia stream.
