Metronome's CEO Mats Alders Proposed as New Chairman of the Aspiro Board
The Aspiro (STO:ASP) Election Committee has informed the company of its intention to propose the Annual General Meeting on May 15, 2008, the re-election of the board members Christian Ruth, Peter Pay and Nils Petter Tetlie. The Election Committee will also propose Mats Alders, CEO of Metronome Film & Television and Caroline Karlsson, CEO of PSI Gaming Group, to be elected new board members. Further, Mats Alders will be proposed as chairman of the board. Board members Ulf Hubendick and Gunnar Stromblad have declined re-election.
The Election Committee for the AGM 2008 consists of the following members: Jan Andersson of Swedbank Robur Funds (chairman), Christian Ruth of Schibsted and Ole E. Dahl of Orkla ASA.
Mats Alders, who will be proposed as new chairman of the board, was born in 1958 and is a B.Sc. (Econ.) from the University of Stockholms as well as having a degree in market economics from DIHM. He is CEO of Metronome Film & Television AB. Mats Alders has previously been CEO of Cybercom Group Europe AB and Senior Vice President and CFO of SaabTech AB and Tele2.
Caroline Karlsson was born in 1976 and has a master of innovation technology from the University of Malardalen as well as economic education from Moscow. She is CEO of online gambling company PSI Gaming Group Ltd as has previously been CEO of ZTV Viasat broadcasting. Caroline Karlsson has also been content manager and business developer at Modern Times Group AB, and project leader at Interactive Institute IT.
