Meridian Bioscience Provides Fiscal 2019 Guidance - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Meridian Bioscience, Inc. (VIVO) announced, for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2019, the company expects: net revenues to grow 2%-4%; and earnings per share in the range of $0.74-$0.76.

The Board of Directors declared the regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.125 per share for the fourth quarter ended September 30, 2018. The dividend is payable on November 30, 2018 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on November 19, 2018. The Board has approved the indicated regular quarterly cash dividend rate of $0.125 per share for fiscal 2019, an annual indicated rate of $0.50 per share.

For the fourth-quarter, non-GAAP EPS was $0.20. Total revenue increased 7% to $53.1 million, for the quarter.
