Kimball Int'l Promotes Don Van Winkle To President, COO - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Kimball International, Inc. (KBALB), the -headquartered manufacturer of commercial furnishings, said it has promoted Don Van Winkle to President, Chief Operating Officer or COO of Kimball International, Inc., Michelle Schroeder to Vice President and Chief Financial Officer or CFO, Julia Heitz-Cassidy to Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, Kevin McCoy to President of the National Office Furniture subsidiary and Mike Wagner as President of the Kimball Office subsidiary.

The company said the promotions were effective November 1st in conjunction with the completion of the spin-off of the Electronics business on October 31st.

Commenting on Don Van Winkle, the company said he previously served as Executive Vice President of Kimball International, and President of the Furniture Group subsidiary. In his expanded role, Van Winkle will provide strategic guidance for Kimball International along with accountability to improve financial performance of the operations.

Kimball also announced its Strategic Planning Team, which includes Chief Executive Officer and Chairman, Bob Schneider, Bob Bomholt, Vice President, General Manager, Kimball Hospitality, Lonnie Nicholson, Vice President, Chief Information Officer, Greg Kincer, Vice President, Corporate Development and Dean Vonderheide, Vice President, Chief Human Resource Officer.
