Impark's Leonard Carder, CPP, Leads National Parking Association's 2017 National Convention

WASHINGTON, May 23, 2017 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The National Parking Association (NPA) announces Leonard Carder, CPP, Chief Commercial Officer of Impark, as the chair of NPA's 2017 Convention & Expo taking place October 2-5 in Palm Springs, Ca.
