Graco Announces Regular Quarterly Dividend; David Ahlers Joins Graco as Vice President, Human Resources

The Board of Directors of Graco Inc. (NYSE: GGG) has declared a regular quarterly dividend of 18.5 cents per common share payable on November 5, 2008, to shareholders of record at the close of business on October 20, 2008. The Company has approximately 59.5 million shares outstanding.

Graco also announces that David Ahlers will join the company as Vice President, Human Resources effective September 22, 2008. Immediately prior to joining Graco, Mr. Ahlers was Chief Human Resources Officer at GMAC ResCap. He has over 25 years human resources management experience acquired through several leadership roles, including those at Nabisco Biscuit Company, Pillsbury Company, and Kraft General Foods.
