Evertz Profit Falls On Expenses

(RTTNews) - Canadian video and audio infrastructure equipment maker Evertz Technologies Ltd (ET.TO) on Wednesday reported fourth-quarter net earnings of $11.2 million or $0.15 per share compared with $14.8 million or $0.20 per share last year.

Revenues for the quarter were higher at $92 million compared with $87.2 million in the prior year.

Gross margin for the quarter improved to 57.3% from 56.3% in the prior year.

Operating expenses climbed to $38.1 million from $30.5 million in the prior year.

The company has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.18 per share.
