Etrion Announces Results of Election of Directors

Etrion Corporation ("Etrion” or the "Company”) (TSX: ETX) (OMX: ETX), an independent solar power producer, held  its 2013 Annual Meeting of Shareholders earlier today and the nominees listed in the management information circular for such meeting were elected as directors of the Company.  Detailed results of the vote for the election of directors are set out below.
