eTelecare Global Solutions Appoints Chief Accounting Officer

eTelecare Global Solutions (NASDAQ:ETEL) (PSE:ETEL), a leading provider of complex business process outsourcing (BPO) solutions, announced that Lewis W. Moorehead has joined the company as corporate controller and chief accounting officer. Moorehead, a certified public accountant, will provide financial analysis and assessments to assist senior management in evaluating the financial position of the company and the financial implications of critical business decisions. Moorehead, 36, was most recently a partner at Rivers & Moorehead, PLLC, a Phoenix-based professional services firm providing in-house consulting and outsourcing services related to internal controls and accounting and financial reporting matters. Prior to Rivers & Moorehead PLLC, he served as the chief financial officer, secretary and treasurer of Intelligentias, Inc., vice president and controller of American Express, and senior manager for PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP. He has a B.A. in business administration from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
