Eniro to Move Annual General Meeting Forward

The Board of Directors of Eniro has decided to publish the company’s 2014 Annual Report on March 6, 2015, and has in connection with this decided to move the Annual General Meeting (AGM) forward to March 27, 2015. The previously communicated date for the AGM was April 24, 2015.

This information is such that Eniro AB (publ) is required to disclose in accordance with the Swedish Financial Instruments Trading Act and/or the Swedish Securities Market Act. The information was submitted for publication at 8:00 CET on November 24, 2014.
