In the voting without meeting of the bondholders of the 2014/2019 corporate bond (ISIN: DE000A1ZJZB9), the necessary quorum of at least 50% of the outstanding notes was, as expected, not attained. The company will therefore shortly invite to a second bondholder meeting. The invitation will be published shortly in the German Federal Gazette (Bundesanzeiger) and on the company's website in the section Investor Relations/Bond.

The second bondholder meeting will take place on January 5, 2017, at 11:00am CET at
