(RTTNews) - Devon Energy Corp. (DVN) reported net earnings of $207 million or $0.51 per share for the fourth-quarter ended December 31, 2013, compared to a net loss of $357 million or $0.89 per share, prior year. Adjusted earnings was $447 million or $1.10 per share, for the quarter.
