With the addition of College Station, this further expands the home builder's greater Houston operations outside the city and into a new market for Weekley and future Homebuyers.

Castlegate II is a master-planned community located off of Highway 6, in the heart of south College Station with great amenities and nearby local shopping, dining and entertainment.

Weekley is building new homes in two sections: 60-foot and 75-foot homesites, priced from the $280s, offering Homebuyers several one- and two-story floor plans to choose from. In addition, Weekley also offers its Build on Your Lot program, allowing Homebuyers to build on their own land in and around the Bryan/College Station area.

Its model home, The Holcombe, is scheduled to open on October 4, 2013. For more information, contact a David Weekley Homes Sales Consultant at 979-314-7888.
