China Yuchai International to Pay Cash Dividend for FY 2017 on July 10, 2018

SINGAPORE, June 19, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- China Yuchai International Limited (NYSE: CYD) ("China Yuchai" or the "Company") announced today that an Interim Dividend of US$0.73 per ordinary share and a Special Dividend of US$1.48 per ordinary share for the year ended December 31, 2017 has been declared by its Board of Directors. The cash dividend will be paid on July 10, 2018 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 29, 2018.
