Atkore International Group Inc. (the "Company”) (NYSE: ATKR) today announced an offering of 7,234,838 shares of the Company’s common stock on an underwritten basis by the selling stockholders, CD&R Allied Holdings, L.P., an affiliate of Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, LLC, and certain charitable organizations, to Credit Suisse, as the underwriter in a registered offering of these shares (the "Offering”). No shares are being sold by the Company. The selling stockholders will receive all of the net proceeds from the Offering.
