ANF Immobilier: New Governance

ANF Immobilier (Paris:ANF) :

Following the Shareholders' Meeting, the Supervisory Board held a meeting during which it duly acknowledged the resignation of Mr. Alain Lemaire as Chairman of the Supervisory Board and appointed Mr. Bruno Keller in replacement.

Mr. Alain Lemaire has been appointed Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board, senior member of the Supervisory Board and Chairman of the Audit Committee. Mr. Patrick Sayer resigned from his position as Vice-Président and remains a member of the Supervisory Board.

The Supervisory Board now comprises 12 members, 7 of which are independent members.

In addition, the appointment of Mr. Renaud Haberkorn as Chairman of the Executive Board and Chief Executive Officer, which was decided by the Supervisory Board during its session held on March 3, 2015, took effect at the end of the Shareholders' Meeting.

The Executive Board is now composed of Mr. Renaud Haberkorn and Mrs. Ghislaine Seguin, Real Estate Director.
