ANF Immobilier (Paris:ANF), in partnership with DCB International, are undertaking two major property development investments in Lyon eventually amounting to 39,000 square metres of office space. This includes development of the new Adecco France Group head office in the Carré de Soie district, and restructuring of the former Adecco head office opposite the Tête d’Or park.

• Carré de Soie: development of the new Adecco France Group head office
  • The whole property represents a total of 13,400 square metres of office space and 250 parking spaces. Delivery is planned for third quarter 2016 subject to receiving the required construction permits in good time.
  • Opposite the future 36,600 sqm SILKY building developed by ANF Immobilier and DCB International, the property is located in the Carré de Soie district in a neighbourhood combining commercial, residential and office buildings under development.
  • The district is particularly well served being very close to the motorway network, 10 minutes from the Lyon Part-Dieu train station and 20 minutes from Saint-Exupéry airport by tram.
  • Adecco France Group has leased the entire building for a firm 9 year term.
• Tête d’Or: acquisition and restructuring of the former Adecco France Group head office site
  • Opposite the Tête d’Or park, the property is located within the 6^th arrondissement (district) of Lyon, in the heart of the office neighbourhood of Tonkin, which is an active offshoot of the Part-Dieu business hub. The property can be seen very clearly from the high speed train line and from the surrounding district comprising large businesses.
  • By moving from the property to its new corporate head office at Carré de Soie, Adecco France Group will definitely free up the site which will be restructured into a new property complex amounting to 25,000 square metres of office space.

The necessary funding is currently managed by the Caisse Régionale de Crédit Agricole Mutuel Centre-Est.
